• All pick up carts must be returned back to the warehouse. Failing to return a pick up cart will result in account suspension.

• Please review bids carefully before submitting as Prime Auctions cannot edit or delete bids after they have been submitted.

• All sales are final.

• Items must be picked up on the scheduled pick up day or will be disposed of without refunds.

• All invoices with the pick up dates and times can be viewed in your bidder profile.

• Matching photo ID is required on any orders over $250.

• "Used" & "Like New" items are available for preview and are sold as-is without any refunds.

CONDITION NOTATION
"New"
- These items appear to be in a new condition or have never been used previously.

"Like New In Excellent condition"
- Items marked "Like New, Like New In Excellent condition" indicate that they could come from a multitude of circumstances, shelf pulls, overstock, returns, lightly used items. A "like new" item could be incomplete and has not been tested for functionality. These items are sold as is.

"Used"
- Items marked "Used" indicated that the item was previously unpacked and used. If possible, items will have
secondary photos that display the damage, but are not inspected for completeness, tested for functionality and could have more damages than found upon being inventoried by Prime Auctions. These items are sold as is.
